Company Profile

In 1972, Shri Ajit Singh Dhanjal & Shri Satwant Singh Dhanjal started Industrial Products of India at Andheri (E), Mumbai. To begin with, the factory has two conventional lathe and a drilling machine. Initially, only machine components were manufactured, but subsequently, the company developed the know-how to manufacture moulds for rubber components.

As the business prospered during 1977, Shri Avtar Singh Dhanjal and Shri Rajwant Singh Dhanjal joined the family business. We now have a sophisticated tool room for manufacturing intricate moulds and tools.

Nature of Business

We are into manufacturing of Compressions, Injections, Transfer Type Moulds for Oil Seals, Diaphragms, Washers/Gaskets/'O' Rings, Bellows, Chevron Packing & Metal Bonded Moulds and Rubber Components. These moulds are also made in self trimmed forms.

• CNC Lathe (Make LMW of Coimbatore)

• Pentograph Machine
• Shaping Machine
• High Speed Drill Machine of Dia. up to 3 mm RPM 2000.

Measuring Instruments

We use Mitutoyo Dial Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, Dial Depth Gauge and Micrometer.

Manpower

• We are equipped with a skilled manpower having 25 years of experience in mould making
• Other skilled workers with 1 to 5 years of experience in mould making
• CNC Computer Programmers
• CNC Operators.
